The era of the global economy is characterized by increased market competition, labor flexibility, and pressure for production efficiency, which directly impact labor conditions. In this context, workers are often in a vulnerable position due to weak labor protection. Therefore, the principle of social justice is an important basis for assessing the extent to which labor protection policies are able to guarantee the rights and welfare of workers. This article aims to analyze the value of social justice in labor protection policies in the era of the global economy, placing workers as a vulnerable group that requires the active role of the state. The method used is qualitative, with a literature study on the concept of social justice, global economic dynamics, and labor policies. The results of this analysis are expected to contribute to the discourse on the need to strengthen the role of the state in guaranteeing the rights, job security, and protection of workers as a vulnerable group amid the dynamics of the global economy.
