This study aims to determine the relationship between Quality of
Work Life (QWL) and employee job satisfaction at an online media
company in Surabaya. This study uses a correlational quantitative
approach. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated
sampling, with 60 employees from the online media company being
the research subjects. The instruments used were the Quality of Work
Life scale based on Cascio's (2010) aspects and the job satisfaction
scale based on Luthans' (2011) aspects. The data analysis technique
used was the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results of
the study show a significant and strong relationship between quality
of work life and employee job satisfaction (r = 0.776, p < 0.001). These
findings indicate that the higher the employees' perception of their
quality of work life, the higher their level of job satisfaction. The
aspects of innovation and flexibility in quality of work life had the
highest scores, while fair compensation had the lowest score.
