IMPLEMENTASI DEEP LEARNING DALAM PJOK
Main Article Content
Abstract
The deep learning approach is a learning innovation that emphasizes in-depth understanding, active student involvement, and linking material to real-life contexts. Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK), as an integral part of the Independent Curriculum, has great potential to implement a deep learning approach through meaningful physical activity. This study aims to examine the implementation of deep learning in PJOK learning at the Junior High School (SMP) level. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of two PJOK teachers and thirty-two eighth-grade students. The results of the study indicate that the application of deep learning in PJOK can increase active student involvement, conceptual understanding of physical activity, and strengthen character values such as cooperation, sportsmanship, and responsibility. Deep learning-based PJOK learning is not only oriented towards physical activity, but also on the process of reflection and the formation of a Pancasila student profile.
