PENGUATAN FUNGSI RUMAH NGAJI SEBAGAI PUSAT EDUKASI DAN SOSIALISASI NILAI-NILAI KEAGAMAAN BAGI ANAK DAN WARGA SEKITAR

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya penguatan fungsi Rumah Ngaji sebagai pusat edukasi dan sosialisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan bagi anak dan warga sekitar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan KKN. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi pembelajaran membaca Iqra’ bagi anak-anak usia SD, penyuluhan bahaya narkoba bagi masyarakat, serta program kebersihan lingkungan di sekitar Rumah Ngaji. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program tersebut mampu meningkatkan motivasi anak dalam belajar agama, memperkuat partisipasi warga dalam kegiatan keagamaan, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kebersihan dan nilai-nilai religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penguatan fungsi Rumah Ngaji terbukti efektif sebagai wadah pendidikan karakter religius dan sosial, sekaligus mempererat hubungan antara mahasiswa, anak-anak, dan masyarakat sekitar.
