GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN REMAJA TENTANG BAHAYA PENGGUNAAN VAPE DIBANDINGKAN ROKOK KONVENSIONAL: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Penggunaan vape atau rokok elektrik semakin meningkat di kalangan remaja karena dianggap lebih aman dan modern dibandingkan rokok konvensional, terutama karena variasi rasa, aroma yang lebih ringan, serta promosi media sosial yang masif. Namun, pemahaman remaja mengenai kandungan dan risiko vape masih rendah, sehingga banyak yang tidak menyadari bahwa vape tetap mengandung nikotin dan aerosol kimia berbahaya. Kajian ini bertujuan menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya penggunaan vape dibandingkan rokok konvensional melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA. Terdapat 17 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa remaja umumnya memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang memadai terkait risiko kesehatan vape, seperti iritasi saluran napas, gangguan paru, serta potensi adiksi nikotin, sementara pengetahuan tentang bahaya rokok konvensional cenderung lebih baik. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya edukasi kesehatan yang lebih komprehensif untuk meningkatkan literasi remaja dan mencegah penggunaan vape.
