From a management perspective, Islamic educational institutions require a Qur'anic teaching system that can guarantee every graduating student can recite the Qur'an tartil (correctly and fluently). The Ummi method emphasizes quality-based learning with a systematic and measurable approach. With its 10 pillars of quality, this study focuses on the planning using the Ummi method strategy, the implementation process, and the overall outcomes of Qur'anic learning after its application. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Ummi Method at Darunnajah Islamic Elementary School. The methodology used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the principal, the Qur'an coordinator, Qur'an teachers, parents and students, as well as documentation from various sources. The results of this study indicate: 1) The strategy for implementing the Ummi method at Darunnajah Islamic Elementary School, Jakarta, was chosen due to its enjoyable approach and the management's large-scale supervision and certification of Qur'an teachers. 2) The Qur'an learning process lasts 70 minutes, conducted through 7 stages: opening, apperception, concept introduction, concept comprehension, practice, evaluation, and closing. 3) The implementation results show a 64% improvement from the initial 30% learning outcome after applying the Ummi method.
