Teaching Factory (TEFA) is a vocational learning model that applies real production systems based on industrial standards. In the Fashion Design and Production program, TEFA activities involve relatively high occupational risks due to the use of sewing machines, steam irons, cutting tools, and prolonged working postures. Therefore, discipline in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3) is essential to support effective learning and safe working practices. This study aims to examine the effect of discipline in OSH (K3) implementation on the effectiveness of Teaching Factory learning in vocational high schools. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach supported by field observation. The research subjects were Grade XII students of the Fashion Design and Production program who participated in Teaching Factory activities. Data were collected through pre- and post-observations using a Likert-scale instrument and documentation analysis. The observed indicators included the use of personal protective equipment, compliance with standard operating procedures, workplace cleanliness, and ergonomic working positions. The results show an increase in the average OSH discipline score from a moderate to a high category after the implementation of work habituation and OSH infographics. Improved discipline in OSH implementation contributed to better industrial work culture, more organized work areas, and increased efficiency of the Teaching Factory production process. These findings indicate that disciplined OSH (K3) implementation plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of Teaching Factory learning in vocational education.
