Islamic philosophy plays a fundamental role in building the paradigm of Islamic education, particularly in shaping the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers towards the nature of knowledge, humanity, and the objectives of education. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic philosophy in shaping the paradigm of PAI teachers at SDIT Mafatih. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, observation of the learning process, and documentation studies of lesson plans and school culture. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Islamic philosophy serves as an epistemological, ontological, and axiological foundation in shaping the paradigm of PAI teachers, reflected in the orientation of tawhid (divine unity), the integration of moral values in learning, and the emphasis on fostering the syakhsiyah Islāmiyyah (Islamic character) of students. This finding confirms that Islamic philosophy is not merely theoretical but has practical implications in PAI learning at the primary school level.
