Amin Aminggas Makleat, NPM 22210152, Thesis Title of Coordination of Supervision of Border Crossings between Countries at Cross-Border Posts (Republic of Indonesia-Democratic Republic of Timor Leste) in Belu Regency. The problem in this study is how to coordinate the supervision of cross-border crossings between countries at PLBN Motaain (RI-RDTL) in Belu Regency. This study aims to find out and analyze the coordination of border crossing supervision between countries at PLBN Motaain (RI-RDTL) in Belu Regency. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources are informants and documents. The results of the study show that the supervision coordination carried out at PLBN Motaain with the focus of research 1) Communication in supervision is quite effective where there is formal and informal communication, 2) Awareness of the importance of coordination at PLBN Motaain is quite good because each officer from Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, TNI, and Polri has awareness of their main duties and functions, 3) The competence of participants shows a relatively good level of competence,  this is shown through competent officers in this case supervising at PLBN Motaain, 4) Agreements, commitments, and coordination incentives are quite good seen from the consistency of employees in the process of supervising border crossers at PLBN then there are forms of rewards such as the provision of facilities, foodstuffs, and also budgets to employees, and 5) Continuity of planning is not optimal in this case such as the absence of joint plan documents such as action plans and plans Contingency. From the results of the study, the researcher suggested to agencies in PLBN Motaain to provide socialization about the dangers of crossing illegally and start making work plan documents to be able to be evaluated in this case regarding the coordination of supervision at the Motaain cross-border post.
