OPTIMALISASI POJOK HUKUM DIGITAL SEBAGAI MEDIA LITERASI HUKUM MASYARAKAT DESA PULAU TINGGI

The Digital Legal Corner program, implemented by the KUKERTA MBKM Law Faculty Team of Universitas Riau in Pulau Tinggi Village in 2025, aims to improve legal literacy among the community through digital media. The program provides basic legal information, administrative procedure guides, and a channel for submitting simple legal complaints. The implementation methods include community needs survey, preparation of facilities and media, installation of the legal corner, QR code socialization, user assistance, and monitoring and evaluation of community responses. Observations indicate that the digital legal corner successfully increased access to legal information, facilitated the community in obtaining official information, and reduced confusion regarding administrative procedures and daily legal issues. The enthusiasm of village officials and the active involvement of the village head indicate the program’s success. The Digital Legal Corner proves to be a practical, inclusive legal education medium and can be replicated in other villages with similar characteristics.
