PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN SEPIHAK PENGELOLA KOST PADA KASUS PENGGUSURAN LAHAN DARI PERSPEKTIF NILAI MUSYAWARAH SILA KEEMPAT PANCASILA

Boarding house management should be conducted through open communication and deliberation to ensure decisions are not detrimental to residents. However, in the cases found, managers did not provide information regarding evictions and made unilateral decisions without involving tenants. This problem indicates a weak implementation of the value of deliberation, the fourth principle of Pancasila, and a low understanding of residents' rights. Community service activities were carried out through interviews and outreach to boarding house residents. The outreach focused on understanding the rights and obligations of tenants, the responsibilities of managers, and the importance of communication between residents and managers. The results of the activities showed an increase in knowledge regarding tenant rights, how to respond to manager decisions, and the importance of deliberation. Therefore, education through outreach has proven effective in increasing resident awareness and encouraging fairer boarding house management that aligns with the deliberation values of Pancasila.
