Real Work Lecture is a form of community service that aims to apply student knowledge directly in accordance with the needs of the community. One of the aspects that requires special attention in primary health services is pregnant women, this is due to physical and psychological changes during pregnancy that can affect the emotional state of pregnant women. This article aims to describe the implementation and results of the KKN program based on psychoeducation and creative activities in the Hope Box for My Baby activities at the Bintara Health Center. The implementation method uses an educational and participatory approach with KKN students who act as facilitators in the delivery of psychoeducation and assistance in creative activities. Psychoeducation is carried out through interactive lectures and discussions, while creative activities are carried out through hands-on methods. The results of the activity show that this program has a positive impact on the psychological condition of pregnant women such as helping to reduce anxiety, increase self-acceptance, and strengthen the emotional bond between mother and fetus.
