PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI PARIWISATA NAGARI SUPAYANG MELALUI PROGRAM KKN TEMATIK VOKASI

Nagari Supayang, Tanah Datar Regency, has untapped potential for nature and cultural tourism. The Padang State Polytechnic Vocational Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) is one of the efforts to explore tourism potential based on community participation. This study aims to identify tourism potential, analyze the condition of tourist attractions using SWOT analysis, and assess the implementation of the tourism potential exploration program through the Vocational Thematic KKN. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that Payang River, Ngalau Langkimek, Batu Tunggagh, Puncak Sosapan Onggang, and Puncak Tembok have significant potential to be developed as tourist destinations.
