Abstract
This study investigates how Islamic guidance helps traders in Yala, Thailand, resolve conflicts with customers. The results of this study, which was conducted using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach, show that Islamic guidance plays an important role in resolving conflicts with customers. This research is expected to help merchants, the government, and the community improve their quality of life and increase customer trust and loyalty if merchants apply Islamic principles in trading, such as being fair, honest, and patient.
