Abstract
Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada perempuan yang tidak hanya berdampak pada kondisi fisik, tetapi juga mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kualitas hidup pada pasien penderita kanker serviks ditinjau dari aspek fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang perempuan berusia 40 tahun dengan riwayat kanker serviks stadium IVA yang saat ini berada dalam kondisi remisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi dengan mengacu pada kerangka World Health Organization Quality of Life. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hidup pasien bersifat dinamis. Pasien masih mengalami dampak fisik seperti kelelahan, serta tekanan psikologis berupa kecemasan pada fase awal penyakit. Namun, dukungan sosial, penerimaan diri, dan pemaknaan hidup yang positif membantu pasien beradaptasi dengan kondisinya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam penanganan pasien kanker serviks.
