Abstract

Abstrak ditulis dalam huruf miring. Artikel ini membahas penerapan strategi pendampingan satu-satu (one-on-one mentoring) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Qurrota A’yun, sebuah sekolah kejuruan dengan jumlah siswa yang relatif sedikit. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi sekolah meliputi kurangnya pengawasan terhadap perkembangan akademik setiap siswa, minimnya interaksi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar. Melalui mentoring individual, guru dapat memberikan pengawasan yang lebih intensif, meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dan mengevaluasi perkembangan belajar mereka secara lebih sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan satu-satu dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa, pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran, dan kedisiplinan belajar. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa metode personal mentoring sangat ideal diterapkan pada sekolah dengan jumlah siswa sedikit, khususnya dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih suportif, individual, dan responsif, yang mampu menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa, membentuk kebiasaan akademik yang lebih baik, serta mendorong perkembangan belajar jangka panjang.
