Abstract
The Bengkulu State Museum is a vital educational facility in Bengkulu Province, playing a strategic role in introducing history, culture, and various valuable collections to the wider public. To support this educational function, maximum technology utilization is necessary to make the information delivery process more effective and efficient. With the rapid advancement of technology, the public now has easier and faster access to a variety of information.
Based on this need, an innovation was born in the form of a website integrated with a QR Code system. With QR Codes, various services at the Bengkulu State Museum, from collection information to ticket payment, can be accessed more conveniently and quickly. The use of QR Codes enables the quality of information delivery regarding the museum's collections to be more adequate, structured, and easily accessible to visitors. Furthermore, the use of QR Code technology in the museum also provides broader benefits, namely simplifying human access to information and improving museum operational efficiency. Furthermore, the use of QR Codes is expected to increase the appeal of the Bengkulu State Museum and foster public interest in visiting more frequently, thus optimally achieving the museum's educational goals.
