EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PEMBERIAN BANTUAN SOSIAL BAGI KELUARGA MISKIN DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the policy of providing social assistance to poor families in Bojonegoro Regency as an effort to improve community welfare and reduce the economic burden on vulnerable groups. The evaluation was conducted using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model from Stufflebeam, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the policy background, resources used, implementation mechanisms, and program outcomes and impacts. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the social assistance policy is in accordance with the needs of the poor, but there are still inaccuracies in targeting due to the suboptimal validity of poverty data. Therefore, there is a need for increased data validation, strengthened inter-agency coordination, and improved implementation mechanisms so that the program can reach its targets more accurately and sustainably.
