ANALISIS GANGGUAN BERBAHASA CEREBRAL PALSY PADA KONTEN KREATOR JANUARTI MUKTI: KAJIAN PSIKOLINGUISTIK
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to describe language disorders experienced by Januarti Mukti, a content creator with cerebral palsy, using a psycholinguistic approach. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design. The data were obtained from transcriptions of the subject’s utterances taken from several videos on social media. Data collection was conducted through observation and documentation, while data analysis focused on phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic aspects. The results show that the most dominant language disorder appears in the phonological aspect, particularly in unclear articulation, long pauses, and frequent repetitions. In the morphological and syntactic aspects, the subject tends to use simple word forms and sentence structures. Nevertheless, from a semantic perspective, the messages can still be understood well, and pragmatically, the subject is able to adjust her speech to the context of digital communication. This study indicates that language disorders in individuals with cerebral palsy do not merely reflect limitations but also demonstrate adaptive communication strategies.
