This study aims to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the cleanliness program at the Class IIA Bandung Narcotics Prison and to provide recommendations for improving the program's sustainability. This cleanliness program is expected to create a healthier, more comfortable environment and support the rehabilitation process for inmates. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection methods including observation, interviews with officers, inmates, and cadets at the Indonesian Polytechnic of Pengayoman, as well as documentation related to the cleanliness program. The collected data were analyzed thematically to identify challenges, successes, and impacts of the cleanliness program. The results indicate that the cleanliness program has improved the quality of environmental cleanliness at the Class IIA Bandung Narcotics Prison, through improved sanitation facilities, better waste sorting, and increased awareness of the importance of cleanliness among inmates. However, the main challenges faced are overcrowding, limited facilities, and limited resources. Nevertheless, the program has had a positive impact on inmate health and a more conducive rehabilitation environment. Recommendations for program sustainability include facility improvements, ongoing training, and more efficient waste management.
