The Mikrotrans Bus is a public transportation mode operating under the JakLingko integrated system, playing a significant role in supporting the mobility of the community in DKI Jakarta at an affordable cost. This research aims to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction with the Mikrotrans Bus service, considering factors such as comfort and service quality.The research methodology employed is a quantitative survey conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are active Mikrotrans Bus users. The collected data encompasses demographic variables (gender, age, education, and occupation). The data was pre-tested before being analyzed using the C4.5 Algorithm (Decision Tree) method. Primary data was obtained via questionnaires distributed to 100 JakLingko user respondents through an accidental sampling technique.This analysis is expected to provide further insights into transportation preferences in Jakarta and offer appropriate policy recommendations for the government and transportation service providers to enhance public transport utilization. Furthermore, the findings may help demonstrate how passenger satisfaction varies based on age and frequency of use
