ANALISIS KUALITAS WEBSITE KEJAKSAAN NEGERI KOTA TANGERANG UNTUK MENGUKUR KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged government institutions to optimize digital-based public services, one of which is through official websites as a medium for disseminating information and facilitating service interaction.

The District Attorney’s Office of Tangerang City is an institution that provides legal services online to the public. However, there has been no comprehensIIIe evaluation regarding user satisfaction with the quality of its website. This study aims to analyze the website quality of the District Attorney’s Office of Tangerang City based on three dimensions of the WebQual 4.0 model: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, and to measure their influence on user satisfaction. A quantitatIIIe approach was applied, using online questionnaires distributed to 100 actIIIe users of the website. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that all three website quality dimensions have a positIIIe and significant effect on user satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.  Among them, the service interaction quality dimension was identified as the most dominant factor, having the highest beta coefficient. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.754 indicates that 75.4% of the variance in user satisfaction can be explained by these three dimensions. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for improving the quality of digital public services at the District Attorney’s Office of Tangerang City.
