Organic waste continues to pose a significant environmental challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural regions. The KKNT UNP 2025 initiative focused on composting education and training in Nagari Tabek Panjang aimed to tackle the unresolved buildup of organic waste from homes and markets. Through a participatory method involving surveys, social interaction, guidance, and practical experience, the program effectively enhanced the community's understanding and abilities to autonomously convert organic waste into compost. The findings indicate that this program successfully enhanced environmental awareness while creating chances to utilize compost for home gardening, aiding in pollution mitigation and community economic strengthening.
