Sexual violence against children and adolescents remains a serious problem in Indonesia, including within educational settings. Students' low knowledge and awareness of the forms of sexual violence and prevention and reporting mechanisms means many cases go unreported and victims lack adequate protection. This outreach activity aims to increase students' knowledge, awareness, and preventive attitudes towards sexual violence at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah. The method used was educational counseling through material presentations, interactive discussions, simple case studies, and a question-and-answer session. The material presented covered the definition of sexual violence, types of sexual violence, the physical and psychological impacts on victims, and prevention and reporting steps in the school and family environment. Results of the activity demonstrated an increase in students' understanding of bodily boundaries, the right to self-protection, and the courage to report acts of sexual violence to the authorities. This outreach activity is expected to serve as a preventive strategy in creating a safe, child-friendly, and violence-free school environment.
