Abstract
The automotive industry is a highly competitive sector, particularly in sales.Salespeople in automotive companies often have to work beyond operating hours, attend events or exhibitions, follow up with customers, and maintain communication skills through various digital platforms. To address these challenges, psychoeducation regarding work-life balance is a strategic effort. This community service activity applies an experimental design approach using a one-group pre-post test design without a control group. Data were analyzed using the SPSS application to test the normality of the data collected and a paired t-test. The test results showed that both pretest and posttest data had a significance value greater than 0.05. In the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the pretest significance value was 0.200 and the posttest was 0.056. Meanwhile, in the Shapiro-Wilk test, the pretest significance value was 0.109 and the posttest was 0.377. Since all significance values are above the minimum limit (p 0.05), it can be concluded that the pretest and posttest data are normally distributed. Salespeople's understanding of the concept of work-life balance has increased thanks to the use of infographics as a psychoeducational tool. Thanks to this visual media, participants can understand the content clearly, concisely, and easily. Therefore, in a competitive work context such as the automotive sector, psychoeducation through infographics can be used as a preventive intervention method to improve employee mental well-being and productivity.
