This research explores the influence of school quality and school culture on the satisfaction of sixth-grade parents at MI Salafiyah Candigugur, Batang, Central Java. The study is motivated by the decline in student enrollment over the past three years, which indicates a possible decrease in parental trust in the school. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the study involved all 35 parents of sixth-grade students as respondents, applying saturated sampling techniques. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on the indicators of school quality, school culture, and parental satisfaction. The validity of the instrument was tested with Pearson product-moment correlation, and reliability was ensured through Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis was conducted using correlation tests, coefficients of determination, partial t-tests, and multiple regression with SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that school quality significantly and positively influences parental satisfaction, contributing 63%, while school culture also significantly and positively affects parental satisfaction with a contribution of 50.9%. Simultaneously, both variables explain 66.2% of the variance in parental satisfaction, leaving 33.8% influenced by other factors. These results highlight the importance of improving teacher competence, strengthening learning processes, and maintaining a positive school culture to enhance parental satisfaction and build stronger school competitiveness.
