Teacher performance is an important factor in determining the quality of classroom learning, including lesson planning, implementation of teaching and learning activities, and evaluation of learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the influence of teacher performance on the academic achievement of Grade IXB students at SMPN 1 Bandar, Batang Regency, Central Java. This research uses a quantitative approach with observation, questionnaires, and documentation as data collection methods. The population of this study is the entire Grade IXB students, totaling 30 students, selected using total sampling. The research instrument consisted of 30 statements regarding teacher performance and student achievement, tested for validity and reliability, resulting in 22 and 21 valid items respectively. The results showed a regression equation of Y = 13.367 + 0.816X with a simple correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.883. This indicates a significant influence, where 78% of student achievement is affected by teacher performance, while 22% is influenced by other factors.
