Abstract

Indonesian is very important in scientific writing, especially in fields related to Aquatic Resources Management. Information must be presented objectively, clearly, and in a way that is easy for readers to understand, using good, correct language that adheres to scientific standards. According to research conducted, the accuracy of scientific terminology and effective sentence structure improve the accuracy of conveying marine research data. states that using the Indonesian Spelling System (EBI) increases the credibility of academic works and publication opportunities in both national and international journals. This research analyzes the role of Indonesian in scientific writing about the field of water thru a literature review approach. The study results indicate that good and standard language proficiency significantly impacts readability, data reporting accuracy, and writing professionalism, thus supporting the systematic presentation of concepts related to aquatic ecosystems, water quality, fisheries, and conservation. in the field of Aquatic Resources Management.
