TRANSFORMASI PARADIGMA MANAJEMEN SISTEM INFORMASI KORPORAT: SEBUAH ANALISIS SEMANTIC LITERATURE REVIEW TERHADAP INTEGRASI KECERDASAN BUATAN, CLOUD ERP, DAN TATA KELOLA DIGITALS

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Korporat (SIK) berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung efisiensi operasional dan pengambilan keputusan strategis modern. Terlepas dari pentingnya sistem ini, tingkat kegagalan dalam implementasinya masih menjadi perhatian signifikan bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren, tantangan, dan faktor kesuksesan kritis (CSFs) dari implementasi SIK selama lima tahun terakhir menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Tinjauan ini mengikuti protokol PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Data dikumpulkan dari basis data akademik bereputasi termasuk Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect, dengan fokus pada artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: pergeseran menuju solusi ERP berbasis Cloud, integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) untuk analitik prediktif, dan tantangan manajemen perubahan yang terus berlanjut. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun kemajuan teknologi mendorong evolusi SIK, budaya organisasi dan dukungan manajemen puncak tetap menjadi penentu utama keberhasilan implementasi. Temuan ini memberikan kerangka teoritis untuk penelitian masa depan dan panduan praktis bagi manajer korporat.
