The quality of software is strongly influenced by the testing process applied during system development and implementation. Inadequate testing may result in functional failures that affect system reliability. ISO/IEC 29119 is an international standard that provides structured guidance for software testing activities. This study aims to analyze and test a Clinic Information System using the ISO/IEC 29119 standard. The testing process focuses on functional testing to evaluate system functionality conformity with predefined requirements. The testing stages include test planning, test design, test execution, and test evaluation in accordance with ISO/IEC 29119. The results show that most system functions operate as expected, although several issues related to data validation and user access control were identified. These findings indicate that the system meets basic functional requirements but requires further improvement to enhance system quality and reliability.
