Abstract

Social media is an important data source for understanding public responses to technological issues. This study applies data crawling as an initial step in basic machine learning, using a case study of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in education. Using the single keyword "AI in Education," 100 raw data points were collected from the Twitter platform (X) via Google Colab. The data were processed through case folding, cleaning, tokenization, and frequency analysis. The results show that the keyword "AI in Education" generates data distribution that focuses on learning efficiency and ethical challenges. This study concludes that specific keyword-based data collection facilitates the machine learning process in recognizing dominant word patterns in society
