EVALUASI KEMATANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KESIAPAN ORGANISASI MENGHADAPI DISRUPSI DIGITAL

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of Management Information Systems (MIS) and analyze organizational readiness in facing digital disruption. Digital disruption requires organizations to adapt rapidly through the implementation of integrated, effective, and sustainable information technology. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and structured interviews involving organizational stakeholders. An information system maturity model is applied as an evaluation framework to assess governance, human resources, technological infrastructure, business processes, and organizational culture. The results indicate that the maturity level of the Management Information System is at a developing stage, where the system supports organizational operations but has not yet fully optimized its role in driving digital innovation. Furthermore, organizational readiness to face digital disruption is significantly influenced by top management commitment, digital competencies of human resources, and the alignment between business strategy and information technology strategy. These findings highlight the importance of continuous improvement in information system maturity to enhance organizational adaptability and resilience. This study is expected to provide practical insights for organizations in formulating strategic initiatives to strengthen their management information systems and improve readiness for sustainable digital transformation.
