The development of information technology requires public sector organizations to have effective information technology governance that is aligned with business objectives. Perum BULOG, as a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in food logistics, utilizes information systems to support operational processes and public services. This study aims to evaluate the information system governance at Perum BULOG's South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Regional Offices using the COBIT 2019 framework. The method used is a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The audit results indicate that the IT governance process has been implemented, but there are still weaknesses in the aspects of policy documentation, risk management, and IT performance evaluation. Therefore, continuous improvement is needed so that the information system can support the achievement of organizational goals optimally.
