Abstract
Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana dinamika masa lalu ayah meliputi pengalaman masa kecil (ACEs), pola parenting yang diwariskan, tingkat keterlibatan (involvement), gaya disiplin (harshness vs warmth), dan masalah kesehatan mental ayah berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan kepribadian anak pada Generasi Z. Dengan mensintesis bukti dari 15 jurnal empiris dan tinjauan sistematik, kami menyajikan model kausal yang menghubungkan: pengalaman ayah, gaya pengasuhan/presence, attachment anak dan trait kepribadian (Big Five, neurotisisme, conscientiousness, agreeableness), hasil psikososial pada Gen Z (kesejahteraan mental, adaptasi sosial, identitas digital). Hasil sintesis menunjukkan pengaruh substansial ayah (positif bila keterlibatan hangat; negatif bila ada ACEs, ketidakhadiran, atau kemarahan kronis). Implikasi untuk kebijakan keluarga, intervensi klinis, serta penelitian longitudinal dibahas di penelitian ini.
