KONSEP DASAR ORGANISASI PREPEKTIF BIMBINGAN KONSELING TERHADAP DINAMIKA HUBUNGAN KERJA DI SEKOLAH

Abstract

The dynamics of working relationships in schools constitute an organizational aspect that significantly influences the effectiveness of educational implementation and guidance and counseling  services. This study aims to describe and analyze fundamental organizational concepts from the perspective of guidance and counseling and their implications for the dynamics of working relationships in schools. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design through the analysis of relevant scholarly literature. The findings indicate that clarity of organizational structure, role distribution, coordination patterns, as well as organizational culture and climate significantly affect the quality of working relationships among school members, particularly in the implementation of guidance and counseling services. The guidance and counseling perspective emphasizes a relational and humanistic approach in fostering healthy and collaborative working relationships. Integrating fundamental organizational concepts with the guidance and counseling perspective provides a comprehensive understanding of working relationships as both structural and psychosocial processes. This study is expected to contribute theoretically to the development of organizational studies in guidance and counseling and offer practical recommendations for schools in creating a conducive working climate.
