Abstract
The development of the modern work environment requires organizations to pay greater attention to psychosocial aspects in fostering a healthy organizational culture. Work pressure, interpersonal conflicts, and low levels of employees’ psychological well-being indicate the need for a more humanistic approach to organizational management. This article examines psychosocial intervention strategies for building a healthy organizational culture from the perspective of guidance and counseling. The method employed is a literature review using a conceptual analysis approach of relevant studies in the fields of work psychology, organizational culture, and guidance and counseling. The findings indicate that psychosocial interventions based on guidance and counseling contribute positively to improving psychological well-being, the quality of work relationships, and a supportive organizational climate. This approach encompasses preventive, developmental, and remedial functions, thereby supporting the creation of an adaptive and sustainable organizational culture. The integration of guidance and counseling within organizational settings is regarded as an important strategy for holistic human resource development.
