PT Catur Perkasa Abadi West Jakarta is a company engaged in the industrial sector. Including the cement delivery industry and logistics companies, have switched to using information technology to increase productivity and work efficiency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of the coretax system and productivity on employee work efficiency at PT Catur Perkasa Abadi. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing including t-test and f-test. The results show that the implementation of the coretax system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work productivity also has a positive and significant effect on employee work efficiency, and together, the implementation of the coretax system and productivity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. With a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.568 or 56.8%, these results indicate a strong correlation between the variables of the implementation of the coretax system and productivity on employee work efficiency. In conclusion, the better the implementation of the Coretax system and the higher the productivity received by employees, the better the employee's work efficiency will be.
