Abstract

This study aims to determine the Field Work Practice Program for the development of soft skills, hard skills, and independence in the context of work readiness of students of the University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya Management Study Program, class of 2021 to 2022. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 131 students. The results of the study showed that all indicators in the research instrument were declared valid and reliable. The results of the T test showed that soft skills, hard skills, and independence had a significant effect on student work readiness. The results of the R² test or coefficient of determination showed an R² value of 0.641. This means that around 64.1% of changes in work readiness can be explained by the three independent variables, namely soft skills, hard skills, and independence.
