COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING REPORT: MANAGEMENT SPARK LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Abstract

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Management Spark 2025 Leadership Program as an independent leadership training program, this study aims to improve comprehension and essential leadership skills among students. By employing a quantitative method that describes understanding and evaluation forms are employed to measure completion. Data were analyzed methodically using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings are expected to show that the program not only develops participants’ conceptual understanding of leadership but also strengthens many pivotal skills such as communication, coordination ability, problem-solving skills, decision making skills, and conflict management. This study is limited by the fact that there was no pre-training assessment, limiting its ability to give a real comparison on skill gains; however, this research can make valuable contributions to literature studying leadership training by emphasizing interactive and experiential learning in student development. In practical terms, the results may act as references for the design of such student leadership programs and soft skills initiatives. The Leadership Program is an effective learning platform that helps prepare students for their leadership positions, academically and in professional life in general.
