Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives and work conflict on employee performance at SMA PGRI 24 Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The success of the school heavily depends on employee contributions, making it essential to understand how incentives and work conflict impact their performance.

The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software.

The findings indicate that partially, incentives have a positive influence on employee performance. This suggests that a fair and motivating reward system contributes to increased motivation and productivity. Meanwhile, work conflict also affects performance, indicating that interpersonal and organizational dynamics can influence work effectiveness depending on how conflict is managed.

Simultaneously, incentives and work conflict collectively have a significant impact on employee performance. The combination of appropriate incentives and effective conflict management is crucial in fostering a work environment that supports optimal performance.

The implication of this research is that school management should design a fair and transparent incentive system as a form of appreciation for employee contributions. Additionally, constructive conflict management strategies are needed to minimize negative impacts in the workplace. These findings offer practical insights for developing more human-centered and performance-oriented educational management policies.
