Abstract
This study aims to analyze the handling of dangerous goods in the JNE expedition company, covering identification, classification, packaging, labeling, and compliance with national and international safety regulations. The research employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using data from scientific journals, government regulations, and relevant company documents. The findings indicate that JNE faces key challenges such as limited staff understanding of hazardous goods classification, inadequate facilities, and lack of continuous training. The implementation of technology-based monitoring systems such as RFID, consistent internal audits, and updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) are required to minimize operational risks. In conclusion, enhancing human resource competence, strengthening monitoring systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance are essential strategies for maintaining safe and efficient dangerous goods handling at JNE.
