Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Elnusa Tbk. Kebijakan dividen merupakan salah satu keputusan keuangan penting yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi investor dan tercermin dalam nilai perusahaan di pasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan data pasar PT Elnusa Tbk selama periode penelitian tertentu. Kebijakan dividen diukur menggunakan dividend payout ratio, sedangkan nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan rasio price to book value. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan PT Elnusa Tbk. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keputusan perusahaan dalam membagikan dividen mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan investor dan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan nilai perusahaan.
