Abstract
Perkembangan mobile banking mendorong penerapan gamifikasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna, khususnya Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh elemen gamifikasi pada aplikasi mobile banking terhadap kebiasaan menabung mahasiswa Generasi Z di Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas melalui survei kuesioner dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen gamifikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan menabung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040 (<0,05) dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 13,8%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gamifikasi berperan sebagai pendorong psikologis dalam membentuk kebiasaan menabung mahasiswa, meskipun pengaruhnya masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.
