Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities to support the wider economy for the community, which plays a role in the process of equality and improvement to realize national economic stability. The main role of UMKM is to increase the economic income of the community in Sindangsari Village, Leuwigoong District, Garut Regency.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of UMKM empowerment and community learning motivation on entrepreneurial interest in Sindangsari Village, Leuwigoong District, Garut Regency.The method used in this research is a quantitative method that is descriptive and verification in nature and uses data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of the analysis from this research show that the level of empowerment of UMKM has a partially positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Learning motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. empowerment of UMKM and learning motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial Interest
