Abstract

This research aim to develops the Practical Manager Model through the progressive phases of Get, Grow, and Glow, providing a comprehensive conceptual framework for effective and sustainable leadership. Responding to the modern organizational demands, the model guides managers not only to achieve targets, but also to nurture team potential and create a lasting legacy. Built upon Servant Leadership Theory, this model shifts the leadership paradigm from power to service, instilling a people-centered approach in every phase. Through qualitative synthesis, transformational and authentic leadership concepts are integrated to add vision, inspiration, integrity, and genuineness to managerial development. The Get phase marks the crucial transition from individual contributor to serving leader, while Grow focuses on developing managerial competencies like coaching and delegation. The Glow phase emphasizes legacy building and empowering future leaders. Systematic literature study, thematic analysis, and conceptual synthesis were employed to establish a strong theoretical foundation, making the model practical, dynamic, and relevant. This framework ensures managers are equipped for complex challenges and enables positive, sustainable impact across organizational contexts.
