ETIKA PENGOLAHAN DATA PRIBADI PADA APLIKASI MOBILE: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai etika pengelolaan data pribadi pada aplikasi mobile, khususnya terkait transparansi kebijakan privasi, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta praktik teknis pengumpulan data. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah ketidaksesuaian antara kebijakan privasi dan perilaku aktual aplikasi, penggunaan library pihak ketiga tanpa penjelasan yang memadai, serta lemahnya perlindungan terhadap data sensitif, terutama pada aplikasi kesehatan dan mental health. Untuk mengkaji isu tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Proses seleksi menghasilkan sembilan artikel relevan yang kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tantangan, dan implikasi etis dalam pengelolaan data pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aplikasi belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip minimasi data, kejelasan tujuan penggunaan, dan mekanisme persetujuan yang informatif. Selain itu, penggunaan privacy labels belum sepenuhnya mampu mencerminkan praktik pengumpulan data secara akurat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan transparansi, pengawasan lebih ketat terhadap penggunaan pihak ketiga, serta penyelarasan kebijakan privasi dengan standar perlindungan data yang berlaku. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembang, regulator, dan pengguna untuk memahami risiko privasi serta pentingnya praktik pengelolaan data yang lebih etis.
