PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DI KAMAR KOS DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR MAHASISWA

Abstract

Sleep quality among students is influenced by the boarding house environment, particularly cleanliness and sanitation. This study evaluates the relationship between clean living behaviors and sleep quality through a literature review of eleven relevant studies. The prevalence of poor sleep quality ranges from 32.2% to 76%, with poor room cleanliness increasing the risk of sleep disturbances (OR=1.140; 95% CI: 1.028-1.265). Qualitative findings highlight a gap between cleanliness awareness and its implementation among boarding students. Interventions based on sleep hygiene and improvements in boarding house sanitation are recommended to enhance sleep quality
