Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara target dan realisasi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 56 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji t untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sehingga peningkatan efektivitas kerja dapat dicapai melalui penguatan kepemimpinan yang melayani dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai.
