Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan konsumen terhadap penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) dengan attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen pengguna QRIS di Kota Denpasar dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, dan Social Influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude konsumen terhadap QRIS. Attitude juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Acceptance QRIS. Namun, Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Acceptance, sementara Trust dan Social Influence berpengaruh langsung terhadap Acceptance. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Attitude berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada hubungan Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Acceptance QRIS, namun tidak memediasi hubungan Trust dan Social Influence terhadap Acceptance QRIS. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami mekanisme penerimaan konsumen terhadap teknologi pembayaran digital, khususnya QRIS di Indonesia.,
