Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance, Self Control, dan Workload terhadap Burnout pada pegawai Puskesmas Talawaan. Burnout merupakan sindrom psikologis akibat stres kerja kronis, ditandai oleh kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan pencapaian pribadi. Ketidakseimbangan kehidupan kerja, rendahnya pengendalian diri, dan beban kerja berlebih diduga menjadi faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 62 pegawai, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance, Self Control, dan Workload secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Burnout. Secara parsial, Work-Life Balance dan Workload berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan Self Control berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen Puskesmas Talawaan dalam merancang kebijakan kerja fleksibel, pelatihan pengendalian diri, dan manajemen beban kerja untuk menurunkan Burnout serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai.
